Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours. For surgeries, spaying or neutering, message us first so we can plan the day and tell you how to prepare.
How should I prepare my pet for spaying or neutering?
Usually no food for 8–12 hours before surgery (water is fine until a few hours before). We'll share exact instructions and aftercare on WhatsApp when you book.
Which pets do you treat?
Dogs and cats, from tiny kittens to giant breeds. For other small pets, message us first.
What should I bring?
Your pet's vaccination card, any old prescriptions or reports, and a leash or carrier. Cats travel best in a covered carrier.
Can I message the doctor after a surgery?
Yes. Send updates, photos of the stitches or any worry on WhatsApp, and we'll tell you whether it's normal or whether to bring your pet in.
